What to expect after placing my order
SHOP OUR RANGE
You can brows our gorgeous range online and place your order.. have a look around and see the gorgeous items we make especially for you and your loved ones, create special keepsakes, it is the small things that count.
DESIGN PROCESS
Once we have received your order. It goes into a production batch, orders are processed in weekly batches. Every Friday the weeks orders are compiled and gets issued to design to process artworks for approval.
ARTWORK
For all custom orders, we send out artworks for you to view and approve to ensure all details are correct, this is a final check from us to ensure all details are correct before anything is put into production. Only approved orders go into production.
PRODUCTION
Once we receive your approval, your order is processed, no orders go into production without approval. Your soonest feedback is essential in ensuring we meet our delivery timeline. Late approvals result in later deliveries.
DELIVERY
Most units are custom made per order and has a 3-4week lead-time for processing and production. Once your order is completed, it gets packaged and collected by our courier. Courier delivery takes 2-3 days for main delivery locations.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Most units are custom made per order and has a 3-4week lead-time for processing and production. Courier delivery is nationwide and takes 2-3 days, We are base in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa, Depending on the qty ordered, National Delivery fees are R100, (limited to an A3 flyer) – Remote locations will be quoted.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Since we custom make most of the items on an order-by-order basis we do not accept returns or do refunds unless one or more of the conditions below apply:
*Your product was in a damaged or broken condition when you received it and you can provide proof that you received it in that condition. (we have to lodge a claim within 2days, your soonest feedback is essential *We for whatever reason shipped the incorrect product/order after your artwork was approved *You have 7days from delivery date to communicate your concerns with us, *communication after this timeline won’t be valid for our returns and refunds policy. *Please note that where applicable, courier costs will be deducted from your refund. *We’ll always try to replace the product before approving a refund. *We cannot exchange your product unless it meets one or more of the requirements for a return above. *Custom made products e.g. name puzzles , growth charts and personalised leather goods with a custom name cannot be exchanged or refunded after you have approved the artwork and received your order. *Additional charges may apply to cover courier fees.
